Fiona Lewis – Director
Fiona Lewis began her career within the Telecoms Industry as a Customer Trainer for Kingston Communications PLC in 1991. She gained valuable experience on various telephone systems including Siemens, Avaya, Nortel and Inter-Tel. Providing clear and concise training to customers at all levels around the country.
In 2004, Fiona decided to set up her own training company, expanding the team and the product portfolio. Simply Telecom Training now offer training courses for the Mitel and Cisco portfolio of products. Simply Telecom Training has worked closely with many diverse businesses including Rothschild, British Council, The Insolvency Service and Molson Coors.
Chris has been the senior administrator for Simply Telecom Training since 2012. Chris has an extensive history of accounting and book-keeping and can assist with any invoicing, quotation or purchase order requirements.
Karen joined the Simply Telecom Training team in 2015. Karen has responsibility for co-ordinating your training requirements, organising the format of the training day and ensuring you have the correct course syllabuses and training documentation.
