The training was very well received. Your trainer was excellent, very friendly, down to earth and willing to get stuck in to any task if there wasn’t any training to be had. She even collected the old Samsung phones off the desks!
She was self-sufficient, however kept myself and main customer contact informed of progress.
The customer was very impressed that she could pre-empt the Receptionists queries before they asked.
